In order to submit an introduction we need your client's full name, email address, phone number, city of interest, and location of interest. Additional information (e.g. company name, number of desks, etc.) will help us speed up the process.

No. The more clients you introduce, the more you can earn! For deals with a commitment term of less than 12-months, you’ll earn 4% of your client’s net membership fee every month till the client stays. For deals with an initial term of 12+ months, you’ll earn 4% of your client’s net membership fee with 12 months paid upfront.

After the referral successfully completes the transaction, and once Qdesq have received the resulting share for that Qualifying Transaction, we pass the referral fee to you

You'll receive an automatic email notification from Qdesq as soon as the booking is initiated and once the client makes the payment. You can also stay up to date on the progress of active introductions by logging into your profile and referencing your 'Track' page.

In order to register and start submitting client introductions, we'll need your full name, email address and phone number. Later, we'll need banking information in order to transfer fees for successful deals.

You can view the status of each client by logging into your account and viewing the 'Track' page. We want the sales process at Qdesq to be as inclusive and transparent as possible - meaning you may remain as involved as you'd like to be.

Qdesq will honor fees for the successful introductions of referrals that sign a Dedicated Desk or Private Office. HotDesk and meeting room/training room referrals are not eligible for commission.

Qdesq sales team will reach out to your client via the phone to determine specific location preferences, then share options and schedule a tour for the space

You can put the email id on referral form and click "Check" button to see if the lead is already there in Qdesq system or not
